A Simple Way to Sell — Whether It’s One Collection, Select Pieces, or an Entire Property

Not every situation calls for a traditional estate sale.

Noble Estate Sales offers direct purchasing and estate buyouts for clients who want a simple, immediate way to sell furniture, vintage items, collections, household goods, shop contents, and other interesting pieces.

​

Sometimes that means purchasing the contents of an entire property. Other times, we may selectively purchase the items that are the best fit for us.

We also genuinely enjoy the hunt. If you have a barn, shop, garage, storage building, longtime collection, packed property, or simply years of accumulated items, we’re happy to come out and take a look.

You do not need to know exactly what you have or sort through everything before contacting us. In many cases, we would rather see the property or collection as-is and determine what may be of interest.

Selective Purchasing

​

You do not need an entire estate for us to be interested.

If you are downsizing, cleaning out a property, reorganizing a shop, handling an inheritance, or simply ready to part with things you have collected over the years, Noble may be interested in purchasing select items directly.

We can visit the property, look through what is available, identify the pieces that make sense for us, and make an offer on those items.

There is no need to photograph and price every individual item beforehand. A few general photos are usually enough for us to determine whether an in-person visit makes sense.

Full Estate & Property Buyouts

​

For situations where speed and convenience are the priority, we may also purchase a larger portion — or, in some cases, the entire contents — of a home, estate, shop, or commercial property.

Unlike a traditional estate sale, there is no public sale to organize and no waiting for individual items to sell. We agree on a purchase, remove the items included in the agreement, and you can move forward.

Full buyouts can be particularly helpful when a property needs to be cleared quickly for a move, real estate listing, closing, or other transition.

How Direct Purchasing Works

1. Contact Us
Send us a message, a few photos and a brief description of what you have. For barns, shops, garages, collections, or larger properties, wide photos showing the overall space are especially helpful.

2. We Take a Look
If it appears to be a good fit, we can schedule a time to visit the property and look through the items in person.

​

3. We Make an Offer
We’ll identify the items we’re interested in and make a straightforward purchase offer.

​

4. We Handle Removal
Once an agreement is reached, we coordinate pickup and removal of the purchased items.

Direct Purchase vs. Estate Sale

Direct purchasing is primarily about simplicity, speed, and convenience.

Because Noble assumes the costs and risk associated with transporting, cleaning, storing, marketing, and eventually reselling the items, a direct purchase will generally produce less money than selling those same items individually at full retail value.

For clients whose priority is maximizing overall estate proceeds, a traditional estate sale may still be the better option.

For those who would rather receive an immediate offer and be finished with the items, direct purchasing can be an excellent solution.
